I have been living and working internationally for the past 30 years. I have worked in over 10 countries in Latin America, Africa, Asia and the Middle East- I have set up my company Elora Finance Ltd. and have also been active as a private consultant for among others SDC, GiZ, EU, DFID, Helvetas, Medicus Mundi and cinfo. From 2011 to 2015, one of my main activities was supporting the Tunisians after the revolution and designing projects which created over 10'000 jobs. From 2014-19 working with SMEs in Palestine (M&E mandate) with a focus on innovation and job creation. In the past two years I have worked more with cinfo on Executive Search, recruiting and coaching.
Recent projects have included multiple recruitments for Senior management with leading Swiss NGOs and leading new programmes for youth with Fondation Botnar and the Mercator Foundation.
